12 Tags of 2012-April

I loved Tim's take on this tag, but didn't have all the goodies, so I used what I had.  I love the colors with the gold accents.

Supplies:floral paper cut to #8 tag size, distress ink/vintage photo, Sizzix branch inked with distress ink/peeled paint\walnut stain, Martha Stewart gold frame, Basic Grey bird, German crown, charm clip, vintage bird charm, Basic Grey fibers.
