12 Tags of 2012-May
I had a lot of fun with this tag, running up and downstairs to use my sewing machine, as well as out to the garage for wax from my encaustic studio. I don't own the Haberdashery stamp set that Tim used, but I do have a considerable stash of vintage sewing items.My supplies included: #8 kraft tag, vintage dress pattern and image, matte gel medium, vintage thread label, vintage seam binding and tape measure, vintage button, distress ink\antique linen\vintage photo, embossing folders\stitches, hanger clip, jump ring, Melody Ross epoxy sticker and metal rimmed glass brad, ribbon, Prima flowers dipped in encaustic medium.
And today I hung a wire from two over-sized silver thumbtacks over my desk to display my tags of 2012. They look really cute.

Cruising thru TH linky pics and I come across your blog :). I Like what you've done with this tag. Love the vintage patterned paper and the embossed stitching looks fab. I've seen those folders but just couldn't 'see' how I'd use them. I'll have to look with fresh eyes the next time. TFS
